Pipe Hydro-Tester

Product Introduction

The pipe hydro-tester is a machine for conducting leakage and hydraulic tests on spiral welded pipes, straight seam welded pipes or seamless pipes. Its main function is to check the tightness and strength of the pipes through water pressure testing.

The test involves sealing both ends of the pipe and filling the pipe with a liquid (usually water), which can be dyed to aid visual inspection, and pressurizing the container to the specified test pressure. Pressure tightness can be tested by closing the oil supply valve and observing whether there is pressure loss.

The hydro-tester designed and manufactured by Huaye can meet the API standard.
