Product Introduction

The heavy-duty large-diameter Hydrostatic Tester is a machine specially used to test large-diameter pipes. It is mainly used to detect the sealing and bearing capacity of pipes under high water pressure.

The test involves sealing both ends of the pipe and filling the pipe with a liquid (usually water), which can be dyed to aid visual inspection, and pressurizing the container to the specified test pressure. Pressure tightness can be tested by closing the oil supply valve and observing whether there is pressure loss.
