ERW Pipe Hydrostatic Tester

Product Introduction

ERW pipe hydrostatic tester is a kind of equipment used to test the tightness and strength of ERW straight seam welded pipes. The test involves sealing both ends of the pipe and filling the pipe with a liquid (usually water), which can be dyed to aid visual inspection, and pressurizing the container to the specified test pressure. Pressure tightness can be tested by closing the oil supply valve and observing whether there is pressure loss.
