Product Introduction
The pipe end expander is a special equipment for submerged arc welded steel pipe production line. It is used to cold expand the pipe ends of straight seam welded steel pipes or spiral welded steel pipes.
Expanding Purpose
1. Make the diameter and roundness of the limited length pipe end within the allowable range, so as to meet the requirements of the round pipe end and easy welding.
2. Make a pipe end shape that meets the requirements to facilitate the socket connection of steel pipes.
Suitable steel pipe size
● Pipe diameter: 406 – 3048 mm
● Wall thickness: 6 – 25mm
● Pipe length: 6 – 25 m
● Material: To API X80
Note: One equipment cannot meet all size ranges above.

If there are too many overweight or oversized parts, we will also choose bulk carriers for shipment.
